All products photographed and listed on website can be packed and shipped within 1-7 days after receipt of payment. Any custom creation item will take longer as materials need to be ordered in and will be dependent on the time frame of the material shipping. If material needs to be ordered time frame will be communicated.

We use Australia Post to ship all of our parcels! Time frames should be 5-7 days for standard shipping and 2-4 days for express shipping, however these times are variable and are dependent on Australia Post and cannot be controlled. For international shipping, the parcel will originate with Australia Post and then be transferred to postal service in recipient country.

All orders will be supplied with a tracking number to be able to track pracel.
